We are extremely satisfied with the service that we receive from EEC. We sign annual maintenance agreements. According to the maintenance agreements, we conduct maintenance once every 3 months, a total of 4 times per year. We accompany the specialized staff of EEC during the maintenance and guide them in the field. We successfully conduct necessary tests and replacement of any defective detectors etc.
Between maintenance periods, problems occur with our detectors located in dusty environments from time to time, and we replace the detectors. The system automatically recognizes and activates the new detector. We keep its barcode here. When your authorized staff arrives at our facility, we identify the new detector into the system immediately. In this way, we can view the area from where the alarm has been triggered. It is very comfortable and easy. This property is important for us.
The wide range of products of EEC gives us a lot of benefits. When we expanded our archive where we keep our valuable documents, we needed the systems that make earlier and faster detection. We consulted your Sales Manager, Mr. Kemal, about what we can do. He recommended us the VESDA, which is a high precision aspirating smoke detection system. We installed this system in our archives. We have archives in 3 sections and we installed this system in all 3 of these sections. We also integrated the VESDA into our fire detection system, it operates excellently. We also have smaller and special locations within our building. We used your ASD aspirating detectors in these locations too, and we are very satisfied. It is very important that you have a wide range of products and you can offer us alternatives.
Our fire detection system is so sensitive that if there is the slightest change in the dusty or dirty environments, it triggers alarms for us, and we take these alarms into consideration. We immediately go to the field and check it. It is caused by sensitivity, because we have too many dusty areas. We can monitor the incoming alarms from the computers via Fireworks. We can view it by zooming down to the detector size. This is very useful for us.
When we have new areas, our staff immediately processes these areas into the Fireworks as new projects. We can activate them immediately and create fire scenarios. EEC helps us a lot during the commissioning phase, and then we can use it immediately. When an alarm is triggered, we can view from which building it has been triggered, when we click on the diagram in the Fireworks. We have many buildings on this campus. We have an R&D Center, a Techno-Logistics Center and a Biotechnology Facility, all of which are connected to each through a tunnel. We also have buildings that are still in the investment phase. We will integrate them here in the course of time. It will be a more comprehensive system. We view all of these facilities through the Fireworks screen. The system places the areawhere an alarm has been triggeredwithin a red frame. We can click it and go down to the detector size. This is very useful for us. The area can be large, but there are also multiple detectors in the area. This allows us to reach and solve faster.
I would recommend the products and services of EEC without any hesitations. Its products are excellent, and they can offer us all solutions we need, such as the detectors in the archives and in our special areas. There is almost nothing we have not integrated into your system. We also integrated the carbon dioxide gas detectors. These are useful properties. It is good to be able to upgrade the system. The sections of our factory that are in the project phase are undertaken by contractors, but there are times when we intervene because they will be integrated into our existing system. Accordingly, we determine our fire scenarios and report them to EEC. In fact, the construction of our new sections is executed under our joint control with the contractor. So far, we have not had any problem on this matter.
