We had no hesitation when we started our cooperation, we were actually working with large companies to meet our expectations, and EEC was one of these companies. We are very pleased with the services provided by EEC so far. It is too early to comment about the devices, because we are implementing a major revision project here, and even it has become mandatory to apply renovations rather than making certain additions to the system. The devices were purchased and the installation processes started. However, performing all these operations in an actively-used building indispensably takes a very long time. In fact, when we started this process, it coincided with the period of global electronic crisis, and the delivery of the devices took a long time. By considering such unforeseeable situations, we are aiming to complete the project within 2 years.
It is difficult to choose and talk about only one useful feature of the system. By considering the different systems to be added to our facility, we selected the devices of EEC that can communicate with each other; for example, they will be integrated into the public address system.
The only point of sensitivity for me is to ensure that we do not have any false alarms and that the system operates accurately. Honestly, we experienced certain problems in the past, but as we used it, the details were adjusted to suit our environment, and now we get the best benefits from the system. I can say that this is the biggest benefit, because the fire warning system is a must-have system in place to prevent possible risks. For this reason, it makes us feel comfortable to have a system we can always trust. Otherwise, you can only understand the importance of the quality of the fire alarm system when we experience a problem.
We previously had very bad experiences in our rented locations other than these 3 factories because the owner of the rented locations had its own system installed there in the past, and decides not to renovate it. For example, if we have to rent another location now and we are given the chance to choose the system, we will definitely choose EEC because we do not have any problems with our existing system here.
We are extremely satisfied with EEC. They always conduct the maintenances and checks right on time. We are a facility that works under a maintenance contract, because in such huge facilities, no matter how broad your team is, you do not have the chance to continuously check each individual detail for each control internally. For this reason, while you are doing your own job, you should entrust the system to a specialized team, leave a properly-operating system to you, share their suggestions about additions and guide you with warnings regarding deficiencies.
Another important point is that EEC keeps us quickly informed about the ever-changing specifications, regulations and laws. Although we do not follow up these changes closely, they always guide us regarding the changes. Even the revision that we are implementing now is a result of this guidance. If you had built a facility and installed an adequate system for that facility many years ago, you have to eliminate all deficiencies according to the requirements that change in the course of time. Before a fire brigade arrives and identifies the deficiency, we have the chance to learn the steps that must be taken thanks to the warnings of your team, and then we can initiate the necessary works.
It is very easy to make an intervention to the system in case of necessity. However, as I have just mentioned, we get the benefits of having a maintenance contract in place. We do not need to make interventions to the system, because it operates perfectly. For example, the locations were identified for the detector, which has made the job of the security staff easier. Instead of using codes etc., identifying them with the location names in our facility makes it faster to detect the problem areas. This ensures great flexibility.
Ultimately, as a user, I can say that this system fulfills all our demands. I work on the investment side of the system. Surely, there might be certain situations experienced by our users on a daily basis, but if they had a complex problem that they fail to solve, I would definitely know it.
We have a 7-storey facility with a total area of 43.000 sqm, including the lower 2 floors of 6300 sqm, the 3rd floor of 4400 sqm and the 2 office floors on top of them. We completed our moving process separately for production and management between 2005 and 2007. While implementing certain changes at that time, we actually disrupted the zones of the system on an area of 4400 sqm because we "decided to an extra room there and place a printing machine here" etc. Now we are fixing this problem with the renovation.

At the very beginning, I did all announcements in the meeting rooms and in other areas because I knew about the public address system and I had time to deal with it at that time. However, due to the existing requirements, the size of the building and our workload, it is now impossible for us 'to deal with this job' and therefore, we obtained quotations from several customers. We solved the financial aspect of the project with Mrs. Selin, and upon her suggestion, G+M Public Address and Voice Evacuation System products will be installed in our 2 buildings.

Actually, I was involved in the process in 2019 when our renovation project was expanded. I had to be involved in the approval processes of the management. I knew that we had a maintenance agreement in place with EEC before, normally our mutual relationships are excellent. As you are a corporate company, you discuss only the commercial aspects with our sales manager, and your technical team keeps contact with our technical team regarding the technical details of the job, and we can find a common ground. In other words, we obtain the relevant information directly from the right person of the company. When you say "It is not possible for this location, but it is possible here etc.", we directly accept your comments. After all, you should organize the entire facility and we want to see the final.
Unfortunately, when you intervene in their jobs, certain companies accept a request that is not technically right due to sales concerns, thus resulting in faulty and incomplete work. As an important example that I have experienced; although I am not specialized in this field, if I say "60 cm pipe is too wide, let's use 30 cm" for the ventilation facility and this request is "accepted", this is completely unacceptable. If that company fails to persuade you regarding the right solution, this makes you feel that they are not even sure about their own solution. I decide not to continue to cooperate with such companies.
Your technical team does not let us forget a requirement. For example, we may neglect certain jobs because we are too busy. When I need to ask for details by e-mail, I can send the e-mail tomorrow, but I might forget sending it. In such cases, the EEC team always reminds us by saying "we need to do this job or you should do it this way" and therefore, they do not let us forget the requirements. I do not think that our co-workers had to call your on-duty telephone number. Honestly, I can easily reach out to Mrs. Selin whenever I call her, and a team member offers me a solution through her guidance.
As far as I know, we did not experience any delivery delays due to EEC. Even the delivery of the materials took place earlier than the deadline indicated by you. We occasionally have to postpone certain steps due to our internal actions, but they plan deliveries to suit our deadlines.
The quality of the product is clearly excellent and therefore, we recommend Securiton because our devices were commissioned in 2007 and we have been using them for many years without any problems. We are also happy with the prices. They do not even push us so much about the payments. Overall, we are happy to keep this communication.
We operate in the paper sector, and we inherently have a risky facility, but we do not have a history of major fires. We know that minor risks might suddenly grow. For this reason, we are always cautious and we take our own measures for our team and equipment when cooperating with subcontractors. When we work with a welder, we know that there will be smoke, and the ventilation is operated accordingly. When you ignore this measure, the system triggers an alarm, but I know that the welder is working downstairs and my own team and equipment are ready to response to a possible situation.
