The hotel, which was put into service with the name of Crowne Plaza Izmir in 2003 and which is under the management of Ozdilek Holding, was named as Wyndham Grand Izmir Ozdilek in cooperation with Wyndham, the most luxurious brand of Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, being the world's largest hotel chain, on 01 August 2013. Now 219 luxurious rooms of the 5-star hotel serving at the world standards offer accommodation with a sea view at the center of the city at its location overlooking the Gulf of Izmir. Wyndham Grand Izmir Ozdilek also hosts business and invitation organizations in its indoor and outdoor venues and 10 meeting rooms with a capacity of 1200 individuals.
EEC has performed the installation of fire alarm systems in the Swissôtel project. The engineering, material supply and commissioning services for these systems have been performed by EEC. The system design and material selection were made in accordance with the EN54 standards.
The devices that are used in Wyndham Grand Izmir Ozdilek Hotel have been selected from among the Edwards products, which are advanced technology fire alarm and smoke control systems.
The zone-based alarm and failure details can be instantaneously viewed visually via a mimic panel on the building architecture.
All panels and addressable field elements that make up the system can be controlled by the FireWorks Graphical Monitoring software that is installed at a single point. The software is not only a center that forwards alarm and failure messages to the operators in order of priority, but also it automatically shows the location of the detector on the hotel floor drawing.
The emergency call buttons available in all room bathrooms can be monitored via a central panel.
