As EEC, we have never stopped sharing our knowledge with our colleagues on every platform. We have tried and will continue to contribute to the development of the sector and our profession by participating in events or organizing events in chambers, associations and similar organizations that concern our sector and profession, and by taking part in management and commissions because we believe that the development of our sector will be with conscious companies. The idea of collecting the information we share on our blog in a book can be implemented in the coming years, why not?
As it is known, the Foreign Economic Relations Board (DEİK) is the institution assigned to coordinate the foreign trade, international investments, services, contracting and logistics of the Turkish private sector, conducting foreign economic relations, researching investment opportunities in the country and abroad, contributing to increasing Turkey's exports and similar business development activities. DEİK, together with its founding organizations, members and business councils, is a voluntary “business diplomacy” organization composed of Turkey's leading entrepreneurs and business representatives. As a company, we have been a member of DEİK Turkish-Eurasian Business Councils for 10 years and I have been working on the Turkey-Uzbekistan business council for the last 4 periods and I have recently taken over the chairmanship of the business council. With a population of more than 32 million, Uzbekistan is among the key countries of the Eurasian region with its deep history, strategic location, ancient and rich civilization, wide domestic market and investment potential. As Turkey, we attach great importance to the development of cooperation with Uzbekistan in all fields. For many years, the economic relations between two countries have been far below what should have been. For the last two years, we have been striving to improve cooperation in all fields with the business forms and meetings we have organized as DEİK within the framework of two countries' desire for economic cooperation and the strong desire and participation of the presidents, government members and businessmen of two countries.
